How do I schedule an appointment to take the EUBAT?

To take the EUBAT exam, you must first select a test centre. Each test centre operates on its own schedule and can accommodate varying numbers of test takers throughout the day. Available time slots change continuously based on capacity and ongoing registration.The EUBAT is offered throughout the world, throughout the year. The European Business Administration Test(EUBAT) is a three-hour computer-based standardized examination. It is designed to assess the essential knowledge and skills you need to work in an international environment. What are the Testing Options?

In order to provide test-takers with test taking options to best suit their needs, each of the four section of the EUBATcan be taken separately or together as one complete test. This flexibility provides test-takers the ability to choose to register for those sections of the test they have mastered before moving on to other sections of the test. In addition, some test takers may find that some but not all of the sections are more relevant to their academic or professional objectives and prefer to take those sections rather than the full test.The complete test is three hours in duration with a 15 minute break between the first two and last two sections of the test. The cost of the complete test is 180€.The individual sections of the test are 45 minutes each. Sections A and B are 48€ each and sections C and D are 58€ each. Local taxes may apply to the final cost of the test.

What ID do I need to bring to the test center?

The ID must be government-issued, valid (not expired), original (no photocopies), legible and include:

  • A recent, recognizable photo
  • Your name in the Roman alphabet, spelled exactly as you provided when you registered
  • Your signature
  • Your date of birth as you provided at registration

Acceptable IDs include a driver’s license, government-issued ID, military ID, permanent resident/green card, or passport. Learn more about presenting proper identification.

What is the policy for mobile phones during the test?

Mobile phones are not allowed in the testing room, nor is it allowed to check or use a mobile phone during breaks. All mobile phones must be stored in a locker during the test, but the test administrator is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If there is an emergency, you may ask the test administrator to use the centre’s telephone during breaks.

Can I access anything from the storage locker during breaks?

You are permitted to access snacks and necessary items, such as medication that has to be taken at a specified time. You may not access study aids, phones, or other electronic devices during breaks.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes. Rescheduling for the EUBAT can be done online, on the Pearson Vue website in the “Reschedule a test” section. If you reschedule at least seven days before your original test date, you will be charged a service fee but won’t forfeit the entire test fee. The new appointment must be within six months of the original appointment.

When do I get my scores?

The EUBAT score is generated automatically by the test centre and is provided upon completion of the test. The ‘official’ score will be sent to the address given by the test taker at the time of registration.
