Testing options

When registering to take the EUBAT, test-takers may choose among one of the following options:

Full Test

The full test is three hours in duration with an additional 15 minutes for a break. The test includes 140 true/false, yes/no questions or multiple choice questions and two case studies each followed by three multiple choice questions. The full test includes all four sections of the test (A, B, C, and D) with a total possible score of 272 points.

Section A (Europe, Shared Values, Diversity of Cultures)

Section A is 45 minutes in duration with 40 true/false, yes/no or multiple choice questions, with a total possible score of 72 points.

Section B (European Institutions in an International Environment)

Section B is 45 minutes in duration with 40 true/false, yes/no or multiple choice questions, with a total possible score of 72 points.

Section C (European Intercultural Management and Human Resources)

Section C is 45 minutes in duration with 30 true/false, yes/no or multiple choice questions and a short case study followed by three multiple choice questions. Section C has a total possible score of 64 points..

Section D (The World of Business and the European Environment)

Section D is 45 minutes in duration with 30 true/false, yes/no or multiple choice questions and a short case study followed by three multiple choice questions. Section D has a total possible score of 64 points.

These options enable test-takers with the flexibility to choose to register for the sections of the test that they have mastered before moving on to other sections of the test. In addition, some test takers may find that some but not all of the sections are more relevant to their academic or professional objectives and prefer to take those sections rather than the full test.
